Shipping and Returns
Most small orders are sent by FedEx or UPS Ground. We seek to match our rates as closely as possible to those that will actually be charged. However, unless the customer calls us to make different arrangements, we only charge the amount shown in the shopping cart at checkout and are not responsible for any differences between the actual and charged rates that may arise.
Orders generally ship within 48 hours of receipt except on weekends. This time may be longer during our March-May peak season. Most of our products ship from upstate New York. Depending on the distance involved, you should receive them in one to five business days from the time they leave the warehouse.If you need to have your order processed more quickly, please contact us by phone at 508-888-8305.
We use FedEx ground, FedEx freight, UPS ground, and other services.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE TO OUR MASSACHUSETTS ADDRESS. Also, please not that the purchase of all clearance sale products is final. If you find a non-clearance sale product simply does not meet your needs, you may return it in new condition, suitable for sale to another customer, within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges for making this return are the customer's responsibility, and a 10% restocking fee (minimum fee $10.00) will be deducted from your refund. Please email us or call our Massachusetts office at 508-888-8305 to receive return instructions, including:
- Your Return Authorization number
- The address where the merchandise should be returned
- Other return information
Failure to follow this procedure may jeopardize your refund.
We are not responsible for damage to your shipment that is done by the carrier. Please report such damage to the carrier immediately, and then advise us so that we can provide any replacements needed.
Should any product you purchase from us prove defective, please contact us within 20 days of your invoice date so that we can confirm your problem, arrange for an exchange, replacement, or refund, and/or help you to activate any warranty that you may have.
In general, if you have any problem with your animal control measures, please call or Email us and we will try to help. If the difficulty involves one of our products, we will do our best to work things out with you. We do have a lot of useful experience, and we’re realistic about our products’ practical abilities.
