If something is damaged in shipping, that is the responsibility of the transportation company, and a claim for damages needs to be filed by our warehouse. This must be done within 15 days of delivery. Therefore, please notify us at once if an article arrives damaged-for two reasons: so that we can file a claim with the shipper, and so that we can provide you with a replacement or reimburse you for the loss.
Most of the goods we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty against production defects. If you know or suspect that a product is defective, DO NOT RETURN IT TO US. Instead, please contact the maker directly or contact us by clicking here or calling us at 508-888-8305 (9-5, M-F, EST). If you contact us, we will connect you with the maker and help you to arrange for technical advice, replacement, or a full refund.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE TO OUR MASSACHUSETTS ADDRESS. If you find a product simply does not meet your needs, you may return it in new condition, suitable for sale to another customer, within 30 days of purchase. A 10% restocking fee, with a minimun of $10.00, will be deducted from your refund. - Your Return Authorization number
- The address where the merchandise should be returned
- Other return information
Failure to follow this procedure may jeopardize your refund.
